Welcom88 was born from a clear purpose: to build an online entertainment platform that truly understands the needs, culture, and lifestyle of Malaysians. Get to know us better.
Welcom88 is an online entertainment platform founded on a simple vision — to be the place where Malaysians can enjoy a safe, fair, and genuinely fun digital entertainment experience without any worries. We understand that trust is not something that comes automatically. It has to be built gradually, through consistent action, quality products, and sincere customer care.
Since launching, Welcom88 has grown into one of the most recognised online entertainment platforms among Malaysian users. Today, we serve over 500,000 registered members from across the country — from Perlis in the north to Sabah and Sarawak in Borneo. Every one of them chose Welcom88 for the same reason: we can be trusted.
Our platform offers a comprehensive range of game categories – slots from world-class providers, Live Casino tables with professional dealers, football betting covering the Malaysia Super League and EPL, badminton betting for supporters of Malaysian players, and e-sports for the active younger generation. All of this is available on a single platform fully optimised for mobile use.
What we are most proud of is not the number of games we offer — but the relationship we have built with the Malaysian player community. We listen to feedback, we fix what needs fixing, and we are always looking for ways to deliver greater value to every Welcom88 member.
The principles that shape every decision we make at Welcom88.
To provide Malaysians with the safest, most transparent, and most enjoyable online entertainment platform — with full Bahasa Melayu support, local payment methods, and an experience that truly understands the local user.
To be the number one online entertainment platform of choice for Malaysians — known not just for a wide game selection, but above all for our trust, transparency, and commitment to a responsible, high-quality player experience.
Trust, transparency, responsibility, and innovation are the four pillars that underpin everything at Welcom88. We never compromise on these values, regardless of the pressures or challenges we face in this highly competitive industry.

One thing new players often ask when they first hear about Welcom88 is — what actually sets us apart from other platforms that look similar? The answer is not something that can be summed up in a tagline or two. It is the sum total of the experience we have designed, the decisions we have made, and the way we treat every member who trusts us with their money and their time.
Welcom88 was built by a team that understands Malaysia not from the outside, but from within. We know that Malaysian players have no patience for lengthy, complicated processes — they want fast deposits, smooth gameplay, and withdrawals that don't require them to submit the same documents repeatedly. That's why we've invested heavily in local payment infrastructure — by supporting Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX internet banking options such as Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks, we make depositing and withdrawing as straightforward as paying a monthly bill from your smartphone.
We also understand that Malaysia is a country rich in sporting diversity. Football is a shared language across all walks of life — whether following the Malaysia Super League with local pride or catching the EPL every weekend. Badminton is a national passion that unites the country whenever our players compete on the world stage. E-sports is a fast-growing world among Malaysia's digitally savvy younger generation. Welcom88 does not pick and choose — we cover all of it, because we understand the broad tastes of Malaysian players.
When it comes to security, Welcom88 makes no compromises. Every account is protected by a rigorous verification system. Every financial transaction is encrypted to the highest industry standards. Our real-time fraud detection system ensures that no unauthorised party can threaten the security of our members' accounts. For players who want an extra layer of protection, two-factor authentication (2FA) is available on all Welcom88 accounts.
We also take responsible gaming very seriously. Welcom88 provides self-management tools that any member can use — daily deposit limits, weekly loss limits, session time limits, and a temporary break option from the platform. We believe entertainment is only meaningful when it remains in your control — when it becomes a source of stress or problems, it is no longer entertainment. Our team is trained to recognise signs of problem gambling and we are ready to support any member who needs help.
Ultimately, Welcom88 is about community. We build lasting relationships with our members — not just transactions that come and go. Our VIP programme is designed to reward the loyalty of active members, not merely accumulate meaningless points. Our monthly tournaments create opportunities for all players — not just the biggest spenders. Our referral system lets satisfied members share their Welcom88 experience and earn real rewards in return. This is our way of saying thank you to the Malaysian community that has placed their trust in us all this time.
